Major problem was that they generated leads for insurance through various channels like Online Marketing, Surveys, Social Campaigns etc and they have to check each and every lead manually and upload it after downloading from their respective source to their portal based on the requirement of that lead segment. This task was tedious, hectic and not error free due to which errors, delays and above all bad impression was devastating their reputation.

Solution

Infotree developed an integration strategy of their lead sources with their in house developed CRM based on DOT NET. Our team enabled the:

Our custom solution helped them to collect and distribute the leads from sources automatically 4 times a day from all the sources of leads into the CRM.

Tight integration of CRM with the UI of Portal so that the list of leads (error free) leads can be purchased

Whole process of sourcing and QA of leads and then automatic uploading to CRM and updating at the front end was automated.

Leads itself gets sorted and gets uploaded to the relevant category based on the rules
